Go to www.teamviewer.com. It’s a blue and white page with a woman pointing to a box in the center.

Find the “Download Free for private use”. Don’t click it. Immediately under it is “Join Remote Control Session”. Click that and download the file.

When finished you’ll want to run that file and answer it’s questions.

At the end you will see a box that lists an ID and Password. Send them both to me so I can connect. You can see, interact, and most importantly end the session. This means you do not have to worry about losing control of your computer.
